It seems that 1.1.4 has a mind of its own when it comes to Jailbreaking. Some people get it the first time, while others try time and time again and still don’t receive positive results. I recently came across this new method of jailbreaking which supposedly runs a modified version of ZiPhone. So for those who couldn’t get the method posted here to work, why not give this one a try?
Here is exactly what you need to do for this method: (There is a video after these steps as well)
1. Restore your iPod Touch to 1.1.4.
2. Once you have restored, be sure to keep iTunes open.
3. Download the JailBreak file and extract it.
4. Once the file has been extracted, double click on jailbreak.bat
5. You will see several windows pop up on your computer screen as well as the typical ZiPhone white font on your iPod Touch screen.
6. Your iPod Touch will reboot.
7. Don’t touch the mouse or keyboard until you see a black screen which says that your ipod is now jailbroken.
8. Press any key on your keyboard once you see the above message.
9. You should now see installer on your iPod Touch home screen. Head over to this post for a repo/source that will install the iPhone Apps.
10. 1.1.4 Jailbreak! You’re done!

don’t unlock your screen after the restore but start the .bat immediately, that worked for me the 2nd time (@1st time i got bsd error)

3. then let go of the power button but continue to hold home

This machine is very easy to use and does fix/repair damaged discs. And the cleaning pads work great to shine up the disc. But if you’re looking to restore your discs visually to a like-new condition, I don’t think anything on the market can do that. You have kids, they put their fingerprints on all your DVDs and CDs, this machine will clean them nicely.

Hi I’m interested in computer courses to study, today I spoke to someone from one of the unis I was interested in one of the courses were more about designing and the other practical and more technical fixing and support the system. I am looking for a great blogging website, but there are just too many! I am actually looking for a website that’s free and there can be many bloggers on one site. For example, I created a blog and people who I choose (friends and family) can easily start blogging on the site. If I could easily update it from my iPod touch that would be nice. I’m trying to start up a small blog, primarily to hold a few short stories I’ve written and get feedback, but also for various other blog-type activities. This won’t do me any good if I can’t get my words where people can read them.. . Blogspot is preferred, but anything allowing advertising would be fine. I might want to monetise eventually, and wordpress seems to discourage that, as I understand their terms of use..

I see articles online all the time and some are quite interesting. Since I’ve written quite a few articles myself, and even published a few books, it could be helpful for me to get my name out there by presenting my articles. I want to add a registration form to Joomla.. . I need to be able to edit the fields of the form. . The form needs to register people as users in Joomla, and trigger an HTML welcome email, as well as a notification to an admin about the registration.. . I’ve tried community builder, but you can’t disable things like username, which is irrelevant to me, and the welcome emails won’t do HTML.. . Any suggestions?.

I’m looking for a nice digital camera under or around $200 for the purpose of blogging (as in wordpress, blogger, etc). I’m trying to get a blog which will be based around the daily photos I take despite the fact that I’m not really a photographer but only doing it for fun. I have two computers: I call one the “good” computer — it has two monitors. The other is my “junk” computer with one screen where I download a lot of stuff to it.. . If I wanted to continue using both computers but only with the dual monitors, what would I need to buy? Is there some sort of splitter I can buy that will allow me to switch between each CPU? Where can I buy one if it does in fact exist? Will I still be able to use one mouse and keyboard?.

A computer starts somewhere. It starts with a bios and a CPU and a motherboard ect… When we code that computer to pump out a random number, what makes it pick the number it picks? Exactly the same computer sits beside it’s identical and they both pick different 1st random numbers. Is the Bios fed a seed during construction and every new bios gets a different seed? Those of us that have worked with random numbers know what a seed is. So why does my computer give a number between 100 and 1000 as 756, but yours gives, 537? Is that not a form of intelligence beyond that of artificial? We gave the computer the ability to give random numbers, but what makes it give or pick that random number when in reality it has no ‘will’ to decide. Why 3 and not 4, when it favours nothing? Even with a seed, what makes it choose 5 with this seed but 7 with that seed? Where in the ruels of life does it say that, with this seed equaling 756395837 in that computer, 1st random # will be this?.

Hi All,. . I am creating a website for overseas students who are in Australia and those who are thinking of applying a student visa to Australia. (fyi, website will be in the local language).. . I have found a PDF file on the Australian Embassy website advising how to apply those main visas and application procedure, etc. I think this info is very useful to for many people and I want to make this info available on my website. Copyright is the only concerned at the moment.. . So I learned how to add a Facebook comment box to my Blogger site (with the help of a code from Facebook social plugins site), but the problem is, the same comments appear for each of my posts. It’s like a feature targeted as a comment box for the entire site, but is shown at every single post, which is stupid! I deleted my Blogspot account some time ago. However, I saved the link from the blog and it appears to still be active. I don’t understand what I did wrong.
